Qualifications
  • Fluent in good vibes and bad puns.
  • Can juggle multiple projects (actual juggling a plus, but not required).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or at least how to spell them.
  • Strong opinions on font choices, color palettes, or bagel shops.
  • Willing to say “yes, and…” in meetings even when it’s weird.
    • Responsibilities
  • Keep our plants alive (or at least apologize to them regularly).
  • Deliver perfectly timed reaction GIFs in Slack.
  • Bring surprisingly good snacks to meetings (we’re not above bribery).
  • Catch typos in presentations before the client does.
  • Know when to mute yourself and when to unmute for dramatic effect.
  • Champion the office playlist… or respectfully veto it.
  • Offer solid high fives (virtual or IRL).
