Maven Creative is on the hunt for a Senior Producer to work alongside one of our most exciting biotech clients and will report directly to the Production Director. The Senior Producer is a cornerstone of the agency, blending the responsibilities of an account manager, project manager, and client growth to ensure the overall success and profitability of projects. This multifaceted role manages the entire client experience, establishing trust and fostering collaboration through clear communication and meticulous organization. In addition to working with the Production Director to set project milestones, define priorities, and manage all client communications, the Senior Producer works cross-departmentally to ensure deadlines and objectives are met seamlessly. They play a pivotal role in driving agency success by delivering exceptional results while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow revenue. By balancing client satisfaction with strategic business development, the Senior Producer helps elevate the agency's reputation and ensures long-term success through strong partnerships and consistent delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency experience.
- Existing knowledge of branding and advertising industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently.
- Previous experience managing digital and creative projects or a background in the creative field.
- Familiarity with and/or willingness to master digital workflow management platforms.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain and rapidly adapt project schedules and deliverables.
- Basic understanding of the applications used in the design field.
- An appreciation for numbers and analytics, with a keen eye for anomalies and red flags.
- Loves a good process and is constantly looking for ways to improve them.
- Collaborates with team members and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with CMS—Wordpress preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client and client’s teams, building and maintaining a strong rapport while ensuring all communication is clear, effective, and sincere.
- Provide clear, actionable project steps and ensure all team members have the resources needed to succeed. Facilitate any handoff meetings internally.
- Develop and execute project plans including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, working with Production Director and Studio Manager to determine resource allocation.
- Monitor and keep workload distribution across creative teams top of mind, identifying capacity needs and proactively reallocating resources or adjusting timelines to maintain balance and performance. Weekly priorities shift requiring the Senior Produce to help adjust where needed and when necessary.
- Review and approve deliverables and confirm they meet client expectations and agency standards prior to presenting or sending out. This includes proofing content for historical knowledge and accuracy.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and success across each project, with a focus on reviewing web page design and development.
- Manage and track all projects, successfully navigating the branding, design and interactive components from kickoff to completion.
- Help Production Director run point on internal meetings, presentations, and external client calls when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between clients and creative teams, facilitating collaboration across departments (Design, Copy, Traffic) to achieve project goals.
- Understand client goals, needs, and expectations so all teams are aligned on a project’s deliverables. This includes anticipating and addressing any potential concerns, providing proactive solutions.
- Discuss strategy and help identify opportunities with the Production Director for additional work and upselling across existing projects, when appropriate.
- Collaborate with and support Production Director on new business, projects, and opportunities across our client’s portfolio of companies.
- Travel when required to support client initiatives at on-site project reviews, events, kickoffs, production shoots, meetings, etc.
